We want you (and your pet) to love every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
- 30-day return window from date of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- To start a return, email support@pawtechco.com with your order number
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
