great for puppies learning fetch

the rope makes it easy for a puppy to grab and carry. my 4 month old learned fetch with this toy faster than with a ball alone. now its her favorite toy 6 months later.

Durable, rope frays a bit after heavy use

The toy is really well made and my dog loves it. After about 6 weeks of daily use the rope starts to fray a little at the ends. Not a safety issue, just cosmetic. The ball inside is still perfect.
